You only have an account if you signed in. Playing as a guest keeps nothing on our servers at all — uninstalling the app is already the whole of it.
In the app, in one tap
Open Court Piece, go to Settings, and at the bottom of the list choose Delete account. It asks once more, and then it is done: nothing is queued and there is nothing to wait for.
Without the app
Write to info@maxverselab.com from the email address you signed in with, and say that you want your account deleted. That is the only thing we need — the address is what identifies the account. It is done within seven days, and you are told when it has been.
What is deleted
- your friend code, which then stops working and is never given to anybody else;
- the name, avatar and photo you showed to friends;
- your friends, and every friend request you had sent or received;
- your entry in other people’s friends lists, and the people you had blocked;
- your counters, your rank and the Games it was counted from, your week on the friends’ board, your gems and what you chose in the Dukaan;
- the notification address of every phone you allowed notifications on;
- your sign-in account itself, held by Clerk — your name, email address and profile picture go with it.
Deleting from inside the app also wipes what is on that phone: your name, your photo, your settings and your own counters. Deleting by email cannot reach that, so uninstall the app or clear its storage as well.
The gems and Dukaan choices of a guest live on the phone only, so they go the same way.
What is not kept anyway
Rooms are not kept. A table is deleted six hours after it goes quiet, and two minutes after the last person leaves a Game in progress — so there is nothing there to delete later, whether or not you ever had an account.
Changing your mind
There is no undo. Signing in again afterwards makes a new account with a new friend code, and nothing from the old one comes back. You can go on playing as a guest at any time, with or without an account.
